The Aspire to Inspire ERG Conference, hosted by Iowa Safe Schools and Schabel Solutions, is dedicated to empowering Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and DEI-minded professionals across Iowa. This conference provides valuable resources, support, and action steps for companies to enhance their DEI initiatives. With tailored tracks for every experience level, the event focuses on building inclusive workplace practices, fostering collaboration, and preparing employers to be future-thinking leaders who create safe, affirming environments for LGBTQ individuals. 

All attendees will have access to all conference sessions as well as the welcome mixer.

Registration includes:

- Access to the welcome mixer on February 20, 2025 from 6-8pm at Big Grove's Des Moines Taproom

-Access to the conference on February 21, 2025 at Drake University

-Breakfast 

- Lunch 

- Networking and collaboration opportunities with other ERGs

- Keynote sessions and workshops from leaders in the DEI and ERG sector

**Please note that registrations must be completed prior to the conference date. No on-site registration will be allowed.**

The Aspire to Inspire team is working with speakers and workshop leaders to collect any relevant handouts, information packets, and presentations and upload them to a central space for access by attendees after the event. Stay tuned for updates!

The safety and health of our attendees is a top priority. If you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 recently, we ask that you stay home. Masks are not required for attendees, however we encourage you to take the precautions that feel safest to you. The Aspire to Inspire team is monitoring the latest CDC guidance, and will communicate any requirements or changes to the conference with as much notice as possible.
