The Aspire to Inspire ERG Conference is a statewide gathering designed for ERG leaders, people managers, and workplace advocates who are committed to building more inclusive, people-centered organizations. Hosted by Iowa Safe Schools, the conference offers practical tools, peer connection, and fresh perspectives to help individuals lead meaningful change—no matter their role or industry. Through engaging sessions and real-world insights, attendees leave equipped to foster stronger workplace cultures grounded in trust, care, and intentional action.

All attendees will have access to all conference sessions as well as the welcome mixer.
Registration includes:
- Access to the welcome mixer on February 19, 2026 from 6-8pm at Big Grove's Des Moines Taproom
-Access to the conference on February 20, 2026 at Drake University

**Please note that registrations must be completed prior to the conference date. No on-site registration will be allowed.**
The Aspire to Inspire team is working with speakers and workshop leaders to collect any relevant handouts, information packets, and presentations and upload them to a central space for access by attendees after the event. Stay tuned for updates!
The safety and health of our attendees is a top priority. If you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 recently, we ask that you stay home. Masks are not required for attendees, however we encourage you to take the precautions that feel safest to you. The Aspire to Inspire team is monitoring the latest CDC guidance, and will communicate any requirements or changes to the conference with as much notice as possible.
