Early Bird Registration: $149 (Available August 1 - December 31, 2026)

Standard Registration: $199 (January 1 - February 28, 2027)

Late Registration: $249 (March 1 - March 11, 2027)

Available beginning shortly before the conference.

Creating a great workplace isn't the responsibility of one person. That's why we encourage organizations to attend together. Bringing multiple team members allows you to learn from the same sessions, share ideas throughout the day, and return with a common vision for strengthening your workplace.

Organizations registering multiple attendees receive discounted pricing:

Early Bird

• 2–4 attendees: $129/person 
• 5+ attendees: $109/person 

Standard

• 2–4 attendees: $179/person 
• 5+ attendees: $159/person 

Late

• 2–4 attendees: $229/person 
• 5+ attendees: $209/person

*Please note: the welcome mixer on Thursday March 11 is limited to registered attendees who are 21+

To register for the Aspire to Inspire Conference, please ensure that all registration forms are filled out completely. This includes providing a valid email address for each attendee. If the person completing the registration form is not attending the event themselves, they must provide the email addresses for all attendees to ensure they receive important event updates and information.

Please include any known dietary restrictions for each attendee during registration. Iowa Safe Schools strives to accommodate dietary needs, and providing this information in advance will help us ensure a safe and inclusive experience for everyone.

All registrations are subject to review and may be declined at the sole discretion of Iowa Safe Schools. Attendees are expected to adhere to our conduct policy, and any behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise violates this policy may result in removal from the event. The safety and comfort of all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff are our top priority, and we reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals for any reason.

Payment must be received by the date of the conference to confirm your registration. If you would like to pay by check or purchase order (PO), please contact our office at 515-381-0588 to make arrangements.
